I'm on Sam version 3.O: Documenting life's (un)expected adventures

I learnt this lesson young and have re-learnt it a few more time for good measure. Or maybe I'm a slow learner....
I bring this appreciation for the beauty in the everyday and the moments that aren't 'pretty' to every session. My eye trained through fire turned to your unique story

There is joy and beauty to be found everywhere, especially in the suck

It seems obvious to me now when I look back that documenting people and showing the beauty of their story in a real way is what I am meant to do.
But hindsight is like that and my path has been full of twists and turns.

When I look back at the path that has gotten me to where I am It seems wild to me that I didn't arrive here sooner. It seems so obvious that documenting life and telling their Real story is a natural fit. But hindsight is like that and the path through life is rarely a strait one.

I have been through INCREDIBLE health obstacles. I know what it feels like to consider life after I’m gone. I intimately know the heart wrenching consideration of what will happen to the people you love when you’re no longer with them, of not being present for the entirety of their lives. Both through my own obstacles and through the loss of my mother as a teenager.

Sam 2.0 was born in my 20's,
3.0 in my 30's

I have a laid back snese of adventure

Life is an adventure. What that adventure looks like for everyone is different. I want to make beautiful images of whatever your idea of an adventure is for you. That could be a relaxing day in a Hamic, Oceanside. Or it could be at the top of some epic Vista in the middle of the mountains and nowhere. what truly matters is that it showcases who you are.

How does one even describe how motivating (and scary) it is to be a mom

My kids

I am happiest when I am exploring and sharing a new experience. Sharing the joy and excitement of the new and wonderful is one of the best things about being a Mom!
I have been through hiking, camping, kayaking, skiing/snowboarding (I do both) my whole life. No plans to stop any time soon!!!

And now i'm going to help you see the joy yours.
